Returns and Cancellations

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item is defective, you must file a claim with Company within two (2) days after receipt of delivery by emailing us here and providing a description of the problem. We may also ask you to send us a a photo. If the item is deemed defective in Company’s good-faith determination, Company will promptly replace the item, subject to the availability of materials, at its cost. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please be sure that you want the item that you have placed in your shopping cart before you pay for it.

Shipping

We will fill your order as soon as possible and usually ship within a couple of days. If we are backordered on a product we will make every effort to indicate that before you place your order. If for some reason we are unable to timely ship your product based on the unavailability of materials and you were not notified at the time you placed your order, then of course we will offer you a full refund or, if you prefer, a replacement item at the same price. We apply a flat fee for standard shipping in the continental United States. If you are located elsewhere, we’d still like to fulfill your order but your order will be subject to a shipping surcharge which we will apply to your order. If you need your Maddyloo right away (but not next day), we can send it faster, subject to an additional shipping surcharge, in most circumstances if our product is in stock. Collection of Information

At this time, we do not collect personal information or have membership in Maddyloo, other than as necessary for purchases made on the site, but may decide to do in the future by way of opt-in procedures. Our website does, however, collect anonymous IP addresses and referring site information for the proper maintenance and performance of the site.

Special Orders/Retail

We sell our items in many retail locations all across the United States including Hawaii. Many of our products which are not available on our site are available through our retail partners. If you don’t see something on our site, please check with your favorite retailer and ask if they can get it for you. If they don’t currently carry our line and you convince them to, we’ll send you some free goodies with your next order from our site. Just let us know.
